- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I filed a claim back in December 2016 and was promised to hear back within a week from an adjuster - never heard back. Called back in January and was promised to hear back within one business day. It's been two months - never heard back. Finally called Liberty again this morning (another 30 minute hold) and it turns out my claim was cancelled without notice months ago. If you're looking for a reliable insurance company who will represent you, look elsewhere. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Terrible. The agent I trusted left the company. No one at the office ever answers the phone. I have to drive there no to solve a problem. This is why I cancelled both my auto and homeowners on 4/10/17. Of course they billed my checking account anyway today! Fortunately I have overdraft protection! My advise check out State Farm...
