- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪After waiting a total of 11 minutes on hold for someone to pick up the phone, I asked them if they did general dentistry or were they braces only. She said braces only and was giggling in the background with some coworkers (probably why she wasn't answering the phone!). I then I asked if she knew of a good dentist in the area she recommended and as she continued to snicker...she said no. Way to go, staff. The owners here might want to rethink how they tend to the callers that their web marketing funnels there and whether or not these people are trained enough to monitor their phones. If they perform work on your mouth the same way, you'd be in a fix! The call was on March 23rd, 2017 at 10:58 am and they didn't pick up until almost 11:10 am.November 03, 2017by David Gill
